Draft operating notice — business owner and legal review required before accepting real submissions.
The workflow collects business contact details, hiring-company requirements, vendor information, insurance documents, and review records. Do not include Social Security numbers, payment information, or unrelated personal information.
Documents are intended for authorized staff completing the requested review. Vendor invitations are confidential bearer links. Keep them private. Access to the staff workspace requires membership and multifactor authentication.
The business must approve a retention period, deletion process, privacy contact, and processor list before launch. Those policies are not yet established in this local build.
